Chamber Classic Wrap-Up
345 people participated in the Chamber Classic this past Saturday morning in North Park. It was a little cold and misting but by race time at 8:00am the rain had stopped and the sun was coming out.230 racers took off in pursuit of the 13.1 mile 1/2 marathon prize while 115 gave it their all to win the 5K. The winning time for the 1/2 marathon was 1hour, 17 minutes and 52 seconds for the men and 1 hour, 29 minutes and 9 seconds for the women. For the 5K the winner came in at 19 minutes and 29 seconds.
